Five-star basketball recruit Bruce Branch III has announced his decision to reclassify from the class of 2027 to 2026. This move, reported by ESPN, positions him among the top prospects for the upcoming collegiate season, with elite programs such as Kentucky, Kansas, Arizona, and Houston actively showing interest in him. Standing at 6'7" and weighing 190 pounds, Branch plays for Prolific Prep in Florida and was previously the number one prospect in his original class. In an interview, he expressed that the choice to reclassify was straightforward, emphasizing his desire to challenge himself and grow as a player. Branch is now ranked 10th in the class of 2026 and is eligible for the 2027 NBA draft, reflecting his commitment to continuous improvement and his aim to help his team secure a championship.
